Actor-choreographer Prabhu Deva is set to dazzle audiences once again in the upcoming film titled "Singanallur Signal," helmed by JM Raja. The film, currently in production, promises an intriguing storyline that revolves around Prabhu Deva's character as a traffic constable. According to actor and executive producer Harishankar, Prabhu Deva was the perfect fit for this role from the moment they heard the script. The narrative will unfold various incidents from his everyday life in a highly entertaining manner, appealing to viewers across all age groups.
The film's tagline, 'Enni Thuniga Karumam,' draws inspiration from the Tamil classic Thirukkural, deeply resonating with the storyline. Set against the backdrop of Coimbatore, the movie is aptly titled as it begins and concludes at Singanallur Signal. Harishankar emphasizes that the location plays a pivotal role in shaping the film's identity and thematic elements.
Alongside Prabhu Deva, the cast includes Bhavya Trikha portraying the female lead, known for her role in the film "Joe." Her character is described as rebellious, offering a stark contrast to Prabhu Deva's role, with their chemistry set to add depth to the storyline. Notably, actors Shine Tom Chacko and Harishankar, along with a gang of college students, play pivotal antagonistic roles, adding layers of conflict and drama.
