Prabhas Shocks, 1 Lakh Tickets Sold, Kalki 2898 AD's Collection Takes Big in US

 

Prabhas's Kalki 2898 AD movie is something fans are eagerly waiting for. Apart from Amitabh Bachchan and Kamal Haasan, the film also stars Deepika Padukone in the lead role. It is reported that Prabhas is getting Rs 100 crore as remuneration. Kalki 2898 AD's advance ticket bookings are seeing a surge, including overseas.

Reportedly, 100,000 tickets have been sold for the premiere in the US. It premieres there on June 26. Director Nag Ashwin has stated that the theme of Kalki 2898 AD will be set during the epic epic Mahabharata. It was said that the film will end in 2898 AD and director Nag Ashwin Prabhas has stated that the story of the film will span 6000 years.

Prabhas starrer Kalki 2898 AD is directed by nationally acclaimed Telugu director Nag Ashwin. While Deepika Padukone is the female lead, Prabhas' film also has Amitabh Bachchan in other lead roles along with lead actor Kamal Haasan. Dialogue writer Sai Madhav Bura had earlier clarified that Prabhas is not a time travel movie. Sabari is the PRO of the film which is directed by Nag Ashwin and scripted.

C Ashwani Dutt is the main producer of the Prabhas film. While Prabhas' Kalki 2898 AD is coming as an epic sci-fi movie, it will be produced under the banner of Vaijayanthi Movies. Reportedly, Santhosh Narayanan, who has composed music for many hit songs in Tamil, will compose the songs for 'Kalki 2898 AD' as well. Anyway, the fans of actor Prabhas are waiting for Kalki 2898 AD movie.
