'Great Indian Cinema' Brahmanda Experience: Kalki 2898 AD Review

Kalki 2898 AD is the most awaited film of Indian cinema this year. Director Nag Ashwin is preparing the audience to return from the theater with excitement without wasting any of these hopes. Not the constant refrain of a Hollywood-level film. Kalki 2898 AD gives the audience that experience in terms of quality and content. Therefore, we can change the usual refrain and give this film the title of 'Great Indian Cinema'.

Nag Ashwin has made this film based on an impossible thought. Indian mythology has often been featured in Indian cinema. Its edges and corners are taken or taken as a mythological story. But Nag Ashwin under the banner of Vyjayanthi Movies has made a cosmic film based on true inspiration from Mahabharata.

Kalki 2898 AD was launched as a Baahubali hero Prabhas film. But when the initial name Project K became Kalki 2898 AD, the casting of the film also grew. Amitabh Bachchan, Deepika Padukone and Kamal Haasan all made it to the stardom. Along with that, a few actors are coming in cameo roles. The main one is Dulquer Salmaan.

As the name suggests the story takes place in 2898 AD. Kashi is the only city left in the world and Bhairava is its bounty hunter. God is forbidden in Kashi. The complex is a world in the sky and is ruled by the Supreme Leader Yashkin. Yashkin is carrying out a project called Project K by impregnating girls artificially. At the same time there is another rebel city called Shambhala. These rebels are fighting against the complex. And some of them dream of an avatar birth. At the same time, Ashwatthama, the immortal, is also waiting for his salvation.

The film is a strong comeback of Prabhas. Prabhas, as Bhairava, a bounty hunter in Hollywood stealth, takes away all the usual 'darling' elements of the audience with fun, humor and action. And it can be said that Prabhas really evolves into the hero of the film towards the climax. So it is Prabhas who carries all the funny moments in the film. The film is a big comeback for Prabhas.

Amitabh Bachchan plays the mythological character Ashwathama in the film. Amitabh is the hero of the film right from the first Mahabharata scene till the climax. In the film, Deepika is not playing the pair role of Prabhas. He is a strong character. So this role is also remarkable. Although appearing in two scenes, Kamal Haasan in the villainous role of Supreme Leader Yashkin has an unfair screen presence.

Annaben played a remarkable role from Malayalam. The roles of Pashupati and Shobhana are also noteworthy. From a technical point of view, it can be said that the film has the best VFX works seen in Indian cinema. Be it Kashiyal, Complex Ayalam or Shambhala, the cast has managed to create a new world.

The plot of the film already has the theme of the incarnation coming to save the world and the evil forces trying to stop it. But the way it has been presented in an apocalyptic background and integrated with Indian mythology has to be said to be magnificent.

Nag Ashwin is creating a new chapter in Indian cinema which is artistically and technically excellent. Kalki 2898 AD ends by welcoming the audience to the Kalki cinematic universe. So the views don't end here.
